A one-hour private session to develop mindfulness of body-mind and heart and cultivate compassion in our life. This session can be online or in-person.
Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as for those with some mindfulness or meditation experience.
Please note, Mindfulness meditation, education, training and practices are not substitutes for medical or mental health treatment. Participants who are working with a health professional are encouraged to consult with them about the advisability of incorporating mindfulness practices before the session as well as appropriate modifications relevant to their unique circumstances. Participants are encouraged to reach out privately to the teacher/practitioner with any questions.
1:1 Mindfulness Session
We understand life if full of changes that an affect our schedules. To be fair and respectful to everyone's time, we ask our clients for at least a 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their session. There will be a 50% refund for appointments cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and no refund for no-show. We thank you for your understanding.
